1. Research:
- Consulting and providing information to the Board of Directors on new technology trends.
- Organize research activities on new technology trends, solutions and products in the field of security (professional techniques, security checks, infrastructure security...), data centers (Source systems). ) AC/DC power, intelligent monitoring…).
- Training and sharing new technologies.
2. Technical consulting activities in the sales phase:
- Lead on solutions to meet customer needs according to the project
- Establishing relationships, understanding needs, building, consulting, demo and introducing solutions to customers
- Develop technical solution documents for the project
- Prepare bid documents for the project
3. Technical support after sales:
- Project implementation organization includes: goods inspection, delivery/project implementation, training, testing, troubleshooting.... Coordinate with domestic and foreign experts for technical support.
4. Manage customer and partner relationships as assigned
- Information management of partners, solution providers, products
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers' technical areas and cap suppliers.
- University degree in Electronics and Telecommunications, Information Technology or equivalent discipline
- Experience in pre-selling at least 2 years of experience in projects providing solutions and products for Telecommunications, Information Technology
- Experience in projects providing solutions and products for telecommunications and information technology in the field of security and data centers is preferred.
- Deep understanding of radio technology (Wireless)
- Communication skills and customer relationship building
- Skills to learn and research new technologies, solutions, and new products
- Technical solution documentation skills (from general to detailed)
- English skills: reading and understanding documents, communicating technical related content (required)
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Planning and organizing skills.
- Salary: up to $1700
- Working time Mon-Fri, off Sat-Sun 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m
- Lunch break 1:30pm
