● Lead a team of Software Engineers and technologists in our Bangkok office including training and mentoring, performance and review processes
● Guide the development process in ensuring successful project delivery
● Design smart and clear technical solutions with business outcomes in mind
● Analyse business requirements and provide input on the software, database design
● Ensure the technical quality and on-time project delivery is maintained to a high standard
● Be the escalation point for management stakeholders
● Spearhead the development in your team by writing and reviewing code
● Ensure appropriate debugging, troubleshooting and maintenance of code documentation in Confluence
● Recommendation on test framework and UAT process and methodology for improved quality of product delivery
● Support the design, build, implementation and integration API services and microservices architecture
● Strong organisational and communication skills with experience developing & instilling a culture of collaboration
● Down-to-earth, make it happen, analytical and detail oriented with a strong drive and innovative approach
● Experience managing developers
● Over 10 years of working experience in software development industry.
● 8+ years experience of team management (~ 20 members).
● Strong background in software development especially proven fullstack development experience with Python, and Javascript.
● Experience with cloud-based apps, and tokenization applications using Microservices architecture.
● Expertise in at least one popular Python framework (like Django, Flask, or Pyramid)
● Experience in the front-end design of UI/UX using JavaScript, HTML, SCSS, JSON, Typescript, and web responsiveness.
● Experience in DevOps process, CI/CD pipelines, and Git framework.
● Familiar with Agile methodology and Scrum framework for the software development process.
● Willingness to learn new technologies, proactive researching, and self-studying to understand new domain knowledge such as AI, ML, and Data Analytics.
