Conduct initial interviews and screening based on the annual recruitment plan and procedures.
Arrange interviews and follow-ups with hiring departments.
Manage onboarding and other subsequent procedures, ensuring effective communication with hiring managers.
Performance Management:
Implement performance management in line with company standards.
Oversee the evaluation processes of various departments.
Address issues to ensure performance goals are achieved.
Training Management:
Conduct orientation for new hires.
Track and compile annual training materials.
Manage external training certifications, agreements, and other relevant matters.
Compensation Management:
Calculate and process monthly payroll based on attendance and performance data.
Handle monthly personal income tax declarations.
Calculate and distribute year-end bonuses based on annual performance reviews.
Budget personnel costs according to departmental workforce plans.
Document Management:
Maintain employee records, including onboarding, internal transfers, resignations, promotions, contracts, and other related documents.
Labor Relations:
Handle probation confirmations, contract renewals, social insurance adjustments, pension processing, and workplace injury claims.
Manage documentation for audits and inspections.
External Liaison:
Coordinate with government agencies and handle company-assigned tasks.

Job Requirements:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
Language Skills:
Proficiency in Vietnamese and Chinese.
Work Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in HR management.
In-depth understanding of modern HR practices and hands-on experience.
Familiarity with HR workflows and proficient in HR management software and office tools.
Professional Knowledge and Skills:
Trained in modern HR techniques, labor laws, financial accounting, and management skills development.
Well-versed in national, regional, and corporate policies related to contracts, salary structures, recruitment mechanisms, benefits, and training strategies.
Competencies:
