3. Job Responsibilities:
Production Planning: Responsible for organizing the annual and monthly production plans for the department, overseeing implementation in all sections, monitoring, inspecting, and coordinating processes. Analyze and summarize the execution of work plans. Manage and control production costs to continuously reduce expenses while maintaining stable quality.
Process Management: Develop and improve production workflows and regulations for the production department, ensuring their implementation, supervision, inspection, and revision. Oversee command and control in the production process to ensure continuity, balance, and achievement of quality, cost, and delivery targets. Manage the department's production equipment and tools, overseeing their maintenance and care. Implement and supervise 5S management and on-site management activities in production areas, ensuring workplace safety.
Quality Supervision: Lead production quality control efforts, minimize defective products, monitor the execution of quality assurance systems during production, analyze non-conformance causes, address quality issues, and improve product pass rates.
Facility Management: Establish reasonable performance evaluation models for departmental achievements and personnel. Develop talent pipelines and nurture personnel capabilities. Organize the development of the production technical team and manage department resources. Oversee day-to-day operations and team management. Develop training and professional guidance plans for staff in all production departments and periodically inspect implementation and assess results.
Perform other tasks assigned by the company and superiors.
