Mô tả công việc

1. Coordinate and implement the activities of the Business Team:

-  Build and develop to expand the source of customers & maintain the existing customer care of the company.

-  Monitor the department's businesses for the day, week, month

-  Assign the lead list to the sales department and ask to find the lead list

-  Training skills and professional skills and promoting business team development

2. Responsible for business results and work efficiency under the company, fulfilling the profit targets set by the company:

-  Break down the company's targets set by week and month.

-  Make a plan to achieve the company's targets

-  Issue sanctions if the sales team cannot fulfill the company's targets

-  Business teamwork report by week, month

3. Plan, guide, monitor and encourage team members to work effectively and in accordance with quality policies:

- Monitor the business activities of the members of the department to come up with solutions as well as plans to do the work.

- Share, lead team members to gain experience and follow the direction of the company

- Motivate and motivate team members to achieve unexpected results.

4. For customers and partners:

-  Build partnerships

-  Record customer reviews and suggestions to improve services.

-  Provide beneficial advice to customers

-  Build relationships to have the opportunity to cooperate with points that are not the strengths of the partner in order to have more profit and competition.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Degree: Graduated from university or higher, priority is majored in Foreign Economics / Foreign Trade / Logistics is an advantage ....


2. Experience:


- At least 3 years of sales experience in logistics industry


- Understand the field in which the company is operating


- Ability to manage & develop the team


- There are many business ideas that bring good profits to yourself and the company


3. Related knowledge skills :


- Freight forwarding & logistics knowledge base


- Skills in negotiating and working with domestic and foreign partners


- Time management and work organization skills.


- Proficient in Microsoft Office, content management system, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).


- Proficient in English

Quyền lợi

- Salary range 15-20 million, target sale x3 times salary (profit). Bonus over 20-30% by coefficient + Bonus on team management.
