2. Responsible for business results and work efficiency under the company, fulfilling the profit targets set by the company:
- Break down the company's targets set by week and month.
- Make a plan to achieve the company's targets
- Issue sanctions if the sales department cannot fulfill the company's targets
- Business report of the sales department by week and month
3. Plan, guide, monitor and encourage department members to work effectively and in accordance with quality policies:
- Monitor the business activities of the members of the department to come up with solutions as well as plans to do the work.
- Share, lead room members to gain experience and follow the direction of the company
- Motivate and motivate room members to achieve unexpected results.
4. For customers and partners:
- Build partnerships

1. Degree:
- Graduated from university or higher, priority is majored in Foreign Economics / Foreign Trade / Logistics is an advantage
2. Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in the Logistics industry
- Understand the field in which the company is operating
- Ability to manage & develop the team
- Have many business ideas that bring good profits to yourself and the company
3. Related knowledge skills :
- Freight forwarding & logistics knowledge base
- Skills in negotiating and working with domestic and foreign partners
- Time management and work organization skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, content management systems, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Proficient in English
- Salary: 25.000.000 – 30.000.000 VND
