1. Research:
- Researching new technology solutions and trends related to electric vehicle testing and production
- Research, search, build solutions, products suitable for customers' needs.
2. Presiding over technical consulting activities during the sales phase:
- Understanding the production process, technical problems and customer needs. Determine the responsiveness of the solution.
- Introduce solutions, deploy POC. Determine scale; review the quote configuration; Lead the development of technical proposals
- Development of technical/configuration documents, response statements in tender documents.
3. After-sales technical support:
- Participating, supporting transfer & training, system integration, providing/operating services before FAC (acceptance). Monitoring the quality of project implementation by partners and subcontractors.
- Develop training materials and user manuals for customers.
- Presiding over the technical acceptance and signing the minutes with the customer's direct technician.
4. Partner and Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with customer and supplier technical departments.
- University degree in automotive technology or equivalent technical disciplines
- Understanding of test operation procedures in the automotive industry
- At least 3 years of experience in research or production related work in the automotive field, preferably related to electric cars.
- Experience in R&D department, Engineering department, solution design department, product improvement department in the factory is preferred.
- Good communication
- Ability to self-study and research new technologies, solutions, and new products
- Have skills in building technical solution documents (from general to detailed)
- English: good reading comprehension, good communication in technical related content (required), priority TOEIC >=650 or equivalent.
- Problem solving and decision making skills.
- Working time Monday-Thursday, Saturday-Sun break 8:30-18:00
- Lunch break at 13:30
- Full regimes as prescribed by law
Salary: up to $1500.
