Advise and assist the CEO in developing export strategies and business plans to maximize market potential exploitation in EU countries and USA.
Directly organize the marketing and consumption of products and services in specified markets in accordance with the company's business plan.
Develop the Revenue plans, cost plans, and Export plans from the company’s general plan; Setup implementation plans, export revenue plans, business travel cost plans, manage budget and report directly to the CEO.
Summarize and analyze markets conditions and propose measures to extend market share and revenue in the market and region to the company's management.
Develop export plans for the South of Vietnam factories, focusing on the EU and US markets.
Implementation of international trade activities, such as organizing trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer conferences.
Represent the company's leadership in resolving customer claims. Claims beyond capabilities will be reported to the company's management in a timely manner.
Coordinate with R&D and production department to develop new designs and meet the ordering needs of export customers.
Follow the company's daily and periodic reporting regime as directed by the CEO.
Timely and fully implement decisions of the BOM.
Perform other assigned tasks and directives from the CEO
5+ years of experience in exporting sanitary ware to European and American markets
Highly skilled in diplomacy, market organization, and expansion, sales management.
Proficient in business operations, EU and US markets.
Experienced in supporting sales distributors or direct sales organizations and independently resolving issues that arise in the market.Strong negotiation and communication skills
Professional in international trade regulations and compliance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willing to work in Vietnam or go on a long business trip in Vietnam
