· Manage sales team in ETH channel (Hospitals and Clinics) by coaching, motivating, supervising, delegating, and following up to achieve sales targets.
· Build strong team spirit by setting clear directions, clarifying expectations, providing support, promoting teamwork and collaboration, and constantly engaging their people to drive retention.
· Coach medical representatives in the field to improve and ensure the staff's professionalism, selling effectiveness, and quality of customer service.
· Manage and monitor the activities and performance of the sales team monthly/ quarterly/ yearly.
· Forecast sales by month, by quarter as needed based on customers' demand & market trends.
· Cooperate & Implement a Marketing plan in order to achieve agreed business objectives initiated by clients.
· Build and maintain good relationships with opinion leaders and other key influences.
· Education: M.B.B.S o B. Pharm are Bachelor’s Degrees in Science or related field.
· Working experience: Minimum five years of sales experience in sales, marketing, and tender business in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Industry. Degree holder, preferably in science disciplines.
· Good presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. Good command of English.
· Good personality and being able to work independently and in teamwork.
· Positive attitude “CAN DO”.
· Salary: 50.000.000VND + Commission.
