Performing all administrative work (business travel/meeting schedules….,
processing correspondence, paperwork, meeting arrangement documents
preparation, etc.) to assist the GM in his daily management operations.

Cooperate with tasks of different teams and assist managers when there are
requests related to the Company’s business that comes through the GM and BOD
and ensure that tasks are done on time.

Acting as an official interpreter at board meetings and is responsible for
translating relevant/highly confidential and sensitive documents/correspondence
documents.

Accompany GM to Management Team meetings when necessary.
- In
charge of emails transferring from the BOD, including informing involved parties,
cooperating with involved parties, and processing emails at a defined level.

Taking in documents from various departments across the company for GM's
approvals/signatures and properly returning/distributing to the respective
departments/company/related staff in charge.

Assisting the GM with bi-weekly Management Team Meetings governance during the
year (scheduling, minutes taking, meeting agenda, pre-reads, actions
follow-up).

Other tasks assigned by the GM and BOD.

University graduate.
- Min 2 years as Personal Assistant to GM.
- Good
command of English - Both spoken and written skills required.

Advanced Office Skills and Advanced Business English.
- Live
