- Responsible for order confirmation, product delivery time negotiation, transportation arrangements and other related aspects with customers, and ensuring that order information is accurate, timely and complete.
- Communicate and collaborate closely with procurement, production, logistics, logistics and other departments to ensure that production and delivery materials meet customer requirements and resolve related issues in a timely manner.
- Responsible for processing order-related documents, such as contracts, invoices, packing lists, customs declaration documents, etc., and ensuring the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of documents.
- And track and supervise product quality inspection to ensure that products meet customer requirements and standards.
- Handle customer complaints and after-sales service needs in a timely manner, and collaborate with relevant departments to solve problems and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Assist the business manager to complete market development work, find new customer resources, and conduct business negotiations and communication with potential customers.
- Working years: 1 - 5 years;
- More than 1 year of foreign trade documentary experience, good knowledge of international trade, and familiar with relevant processes, regulations and policies of import and export trade.
- Proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese and Vietnamese, and able to communicate well with customers. Applicants who are proficient in English will be given priority.
