- Develop the ASEAN market and clientele in line with the company's strategy and development plans to boost sales in the ASEAN region.
- Responsible for brand marketing of sanitary ware and tiles for the company's brands in the ASEAN region. Responsible for expanding dealers and channel customers.
- Develop promotional plans for the sanitary ware brand and action plans to achieve sales targets. Build a brand promotion and marketing team.
- Break down projects, implement and complete various sales targets by leading the team.
- Collect market trend information in a timely manner, coordinate internal company resources to maximize customer satisfaction, establish good customer relationships, and build the brand image.
1. Full-time undergraduate degree or higher, preference for majors in international trade or marketing.
2. Over 10 years of experience in TOB (business-to-business) or TOC (business-to-consumer) roles, with at least 5 years in positions such as Sales Director or higher in large and medium-sized enterprises.
3. Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and policies in China and ASEAN countries/regions.
4. Having deep - knowledge in Sanitary ware
5. Below 40 years old.
6. Proficiency in written and spoken English, CET-6 or BEC Vantage and above.
7. Excellent skills in market expansion, project coordination, and negotiation.
8. Strong management, judgment, and decision-making skills.
9. Experience in leading marketing teams of over 20 people.
10, Prior experience in brand management and access to resources in the Southeast Asian region is a plus.
