Fully responsible for the environmental protection, production safety, occupational health, fire protection and security management of the Vietnam factory, ensuring that local management is legal and compliant, and on-site management is efficient and orderly, providing strong guarantees for the stable operation of the factory
1. Establish and implement the EHS, fire protection and security system documents of the Vietnam factory, and promote implementation by on-site benchmarking
2. Responsible for the implementation of laws, regulations and policy requirements, carry out compliance construction, and promote on-site operation of the system
3. Responsible for planning and carrying out safety culture activities to enhance employee safety awareness
4. Carry out the construction of a dual prevention mechanism for risk identification and hidden danger investigation and management
5. Establish an emergency management mechanism and emergency management of sudden abnormal events
6. Daily management of the security team
7. Connect and communicate with AVC, local government regulatory authorities and third-party customers
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5
years of EHS/fire/security management experience in manufacturing enterprises,
leading the EHS three-simultaneous compliance construction and
ISO14001&45001 system certification of new factories
3. Have good communication, organization
and coordination skills and team awareness, and a high sense of responsibility
2. Familiar with Vietnam's laws and
regulations and relevant policy requirements
4. Chinese and English can be used as
working languages (with Vietnamese communication skills), and can adapt to
the needs of international communication
