1. Bachelor's degree or above, in management or mechatronics;
2. More than 3 years of manufacturing related work experience, and more than 2 years of industry and team management experience. Those with excellent abilities can be relaxed.
3. Knowledge of production management, lean production, human resource management, basic knowledge of finance and statistics, and familiarity with operating office software.
