Communication between customer and offshore
Perform requirement hearing and analysis, solution proposal
Perform basic design, detailed design, test design creation/review in Japanese if needed
Perform deliverables review for offshore team if needed
Assist project manager on project scope, estimation, planning; monitoring and controlling
Support UAT testing and verifying bugs/issues
Japanese level equivalent to N2 or above
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Has of experience in participating in a series of required tasks (requirement hearing and analysis, basic design, detailed design)
Has of experience with one of following technology stacks/platforms: Web application (Java, C#, PHP, Front-end language),Mobile application (Android, iOS), Embedded (C/C++), Salesforce, SAP, RPA, C++, AWS, Aras, Oracle.
