- Fully responsible for the human resources and administrative management of the Vietnam factory, ensuring that local human resources are legal and compliant and administrative support is efficient and orderly, providing a strong guarantee for the stable operation of the factory:
1. The establishment and implementation of human resources planning and rules and regulations for Vietnam factories, including employment regulations, recruitment, training, performance appraisal, payroll management, employee relationship management, etc.
2. Establishment and implementation of the administrative system of the Vietnam factory, including office environment leasing, expansion, renovation planning, office services, catering, accommodation management, etc.
3. Be proficient in Vietnam’s local labor laws and administrative regulations, identify, evaluate and prevent potential risks in the company’s human resources and administrative work, and ensure the compliance of the company’s operations.
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 8 years of experience in human resources and administrative management, preference will be given to those with factory management experience
2. Familiar with Vietnam’s labor laws, administrative regulations and other relevant policies
3. Possess excellent communication, coordination, organizational skills and team awareness
4. Chinese and English can be used as working languages and can meet the needs of international communication
- Salary: base on local hire (no range for this position)
