Deputy Head of Production

协助中方生产主任进行生产计划的执行；Assist the Chinese production director in the implementation of the production plan;

负责生产计划的分配和达成；Responsible for the distribution and completion of the production plan;

负责越南本地工人的日常管理；Responsible for the daily management of local workers in Vietnam;

负责质量问题的推动解决；Responsible for promoting and solving quality problems;

负责车间生产安全方面工作；Responsible for the production safety of the workshop;

年龄40岁以内;Under the age of 40

学历相当于中国大专以上学历，可熟练使用office等办公软件；The education is equivalent to a college degree or above in China and you can be proficient in using office and other office software;

具有5年及以上焊接车间生产管理工作经验；More than 5 years of work experience in welding workshop production management;
