Assist the president to establish working contacts with overseas companies, maintain smooth communication, and enhance the efficiency of communication and synergy with professional secretarial services;
Assist the President to deal with important administrative management and administrative support work in Vietnam, including meeting management, communication and coordination, business reception;
Assist the President to implement new programs, projects or management systems in Vietnam and track the implementation;
Responsible for drafting and formulating systems, agreements, documents, etc. of the Group's subsidiaries in Vietnam;
Responsible for other matters assigned by the president.
Proficient in Vietnamese and Chinese, familiar with the cultural differences between China and Vietnam, Vietnamese nationality (South is preferred; gender is not limited, around 30-35 years old);
Good higher education background and previous work experience in Chinese enterprises;
Background in financial industry and/or project management experience is preferred (not required);
Good organizational skills, communication and coordination skills, time management skills, strong adaptability and flexibility.
