Production
Planning and Coordination:

Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of footwear
products.

Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and design teams to ensure
availability of materials and adherence to production timelines.

Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high levels of
efficiency and quality.
Team
Management:
-
Supervise, lead, and train production staff, ensuring that all team members are
well-equipped and motivated to perform their tasks effectively.

Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement training
programs to enhance skills and productivity.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and encourage a safe working
environment for all employees.
Quality
Control:
-
Responsible for handling the whole process of shoe production QC and various
tasks in production management.

Identify and control risks in the production process, responsible for progress
tracking, inspection, product modification, packaging and other tasks to
perform and coordinate.

Maintain good communication with domestic business team and customers to ensure
timely delivery of information and accurate exposure of problems.

Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business
Administration, or a related field.

Nationality: Chinese/Taiwanese/Hongkong/Macao

Language: Must be good at Chinese and English.

Strong knowledge of production processes, materials, and quality control
standards in the footwear industry.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in production management software and tools.
-
Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
