Reporting to: Line Manager at in China

Responsible for the localization operation of our overseas social products in Vietnam, including but not limited to user operation, community operation, room operation, product operation, market promotion, and other related work.
Responsible for cooperating with the Chinese product team to investigate and survey to help App to be more localized, like functional translation and so on. Collecting user feedback and supporting the product team to improve and upgrade App’s function.
Cooperate with the marketing team to study local users' preferences, analyze competitive products, and conduct online/offline interviews and communication with target use
Some operation position needs to be responsible for customer service work such as maintaining App’s social harmony, cracking down on bad users and illegal content, and responding to users' questions timely.
Local Vietnamese or Chinese who are fluent in Vietnamese speaking, speaking, reading, and writing. Has more than 12 months of Internet social/pan-entertainment/gaming experience at the same level.
Proficient in at least one language, English or Chinese, to facilitate communication with headquarters. Proficient in excel and other office software.
Good communication and collaboration skills, understanding of local youth social culture, strong learning ability, and have certain ability to work under pressure.
