Direct the employee assessment process
Prepare regular reports for upper management
Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
Vietnamese, 40-50 years old. Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering and related fields.
At least 5 years in multinational manufacturing environment.
Fluent in English.
Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
Experience in planning and budgeting
Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
Strong analytical ability
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Problem-solving aptitude
Honesty
Salary: 6000 – 7000 USD
Working time: 8:00 - 17:00
Working 2 Saturdays/month
Depending on the position to work shifts
Shuttle bus from Hanoi: Cau Giay – Pham Hung – Khuat Duy Tien – Nguyen Xien – Thanh Tri Bridge – factory
13th month salary
Insurance: paid on full salary
