- Creation and maintenance of demo environments and related assets such as demo scripts, presentations, and files. Present the product and solutions to channel partners, customers, and at field events such as conferences, seminars offline and online
- Be responsible for articulating technology and product positioning, solution, and product training to the teams of channels partners, various business users, key stakeholders and executives, system administrators, IT specialists, etc
- Identify technical and functional issues in every stage of the customer business process or the project and create and deliver tailored on-site and web product demonstrations to address those issues
- Consult with customers to fully identify their application needs and analyze technology solutions
- Receives product ideas and collaborates with Product Managers to research industry-specific trends, benchmarks, and pain points. Make recommendations to the Head of Product Management.
- Bachelor's degree, technology background is preferred
- 1 - 2 years of experience in the AV industry, and better to know direct-view LED display
- Ability to translate complex processes and workflows into simple, precise language
- Understanding of managing third-party relationships with partner and client engagements, including close collaboration with local sales
- Ability to support strategic planning, decision making, and problem-solving
- Can use English for working (reading materials and communication)
- Knowing the operation process and method of local projects in Vietnam, a certain government /education relationship is preferred.
