Mô tả công việc

1. Technical support for the sales process

- Advising the Board of Directors and sales team in analyzing/evaluating new technology trends, products/solutions
- Presiding over the consulting of technical solutions in charge of sales, including the following tasks:
• Participating in understanding and analyzing technical requirements of customers
• Finding solutions, building technical plans
• Presentation of equipment, solutions, technology
• Prepare technical proposal (proposal) for the product in charge
• Prepare documents for projects/contractors such as: Quotations, Technical Solutions, Statement of Technical Satisfaction, Reference Technical Documents and other related documents.
- Perform equipment demos for customers: support demos in workshops, lead demos and test at customers before and during bidding
- Negotiate technical requirements during contract negotiations
- Maintain and develop relationships with foreign customers and partners (technical division).
2. Project handover, training and acceptance
- Delivery, training and acceptance of goods; withdraw the minutes of handover, training and acceptance on time
- Participating in fixing technical errors in equipment and software of the manufacturer during the handover and acceptance process.

3. Technical support after sales
- Lead and work with vendors in warranty, software update, error status...
- Perform other after-sales technical support such as: training support, user manual, troubleshooting
- Participate in after-sales customer care: get customer feedback on technical and quality aftersales support.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University degree in Electronics and Telecommunications or related discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in related fields
- Ability to search, synthesize, and analyze information
- Skills in building technical solution documents (from general to detailed)
- Presentation: able to build content and present technical solutions well
- Communication: coherent, in oral, written and over the phone.
- English: reading, writing and communicating with foreign partners (required)
- Good problem solving skills.


Quyền lợi

- Salary: up to $1000
- Working time Mon-Fri, off Sat-Sun 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m
- Lunch break 1:30pm
- Full regimes as prescribed by law.
