- At least 5 years of experience in the Logistics industry
- Understand the field in which the company is operating
- Ability to manage & develop the team
- Have many business ideas that bring good profits to yourself and the company
3. Related knowledge skills:
- Freight forwarding & logistics knowledge base
- Skills in negotiating and working with domestic and foreign partners
- Time management and work organization skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, content management systems, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Proficient in English
- Salary range 15-20 million, target sale x3 times salary (profit). Bonus over 20-30% according to the coefficient + Bonus on team management.
