- In charge of developing Key Accounts (big customers) throughout the system:
1. SWOT analysis and advise the CEO on the development orientation of Key Account throughout the system
2. Make a plan to develop Key Account throughout the system according to the Company's orientation
3. Coordinate with the Branches (through the Functional Director) and the staff of the Key Account Department to implement the plan
4. Directly manage foreign employees working at the company and key accounts department employees of the Corporation
5. Plan to develop Joint sales with agents and plan to hit domestic and foreign vendors to develop key accounts through 2 ends
6. Proposing the CEO to develop/update policies to strengthen and develop relationships with current Key Accounts
7. Monitor the implementation of policies related to Key Account throughout the system
- Deploying and promoting customer development activities of the Department
- Improve service quality
- Organize office meetings and connect inter-office meetings
- Make periodic reports.

- Experience related to the position:
(1) General professional experience in the field of international transportation & freight forwarding
(2) Experience in Sales & Marketing & Development (sales service & marketing)
(3) Experience in foreign trading, analyzing and capturing market information
(4) Knowledge of International Commercial Law, International Transport Convention
(5) The spirit of initiative and sensitivity

- Salary: 30-40 million (Direct agreement bonus mechanism)
