You will support the General Manager of Vietnam and the Sales Director on our mission to scale Sales & Social Impact
Your role will be to build B to B Sales Plan for Vietnam to ensure an “impactful growth”, so that we reach as many vulnerable people as possible. This B to B channel is key for O-We as it enables us to reach 2 key objectives:
- It is one of our main pillars to accelerate our targeting towards workers and ensure social impact
- This channel is the most profitable for O-We
As for now, this B to B development program is called today “Water for Workers’. We build partnerships with our B to B customers to target their employees who are mostly workers. It has 3 main pillars, that you will be entitled to implement:
1. B to B selling
- Sell O-We to B to B customers so that their workers can access Safe Drinking water at work. Push at the same time Big and Small B to B (where Social impact is also very big, as salaries can be low and people are not always declared)
- Realize free water tests diagnostic on current drinking water sources at the factory if needed
- Make sure that our educational materials are installed near the jugs (posters & leaflets with trial vouchers) to target all the workers
- Finalize B to B Marketing Tools with the Marketing Team (deck, leaflet, poster, etc…).
2. Education
- Propose to our B to B customers specific tools to educate the workers on the importance of safe water (workshop, communication plan, etc…) and scale what has been done already with Biti’s
- Realize surveys on the employees if needed to show water usage and level of awareness on Safe Water of the employees
- Follow-up the Social Impact measurement for most of the clients, with our Social Impact Manager
3. @Home program: implement new projects to push O-We sales to workers’ families through companies
- Direct selling: install pick & collect selling Spoke within the companies or Door to door selling with specific partnership price for workers (Ex: Biti’s shoes has a direct spoke selling O-We at 15K vnd)
- Vouchers program: propose to the companies to finance a part of O-We price to enable all their workers to get O-We at an even more accessible price and distribute vouchers monthly
- Any other ideas!
- 2 to 5 years experience as a Sales Manager or similar position, experience in B to B or water / FMCG sector would be a plus
- Bachelor but preferably master in Marketing, Digital technologies, or business administration in or similar relevant field from a ranking university
- Capacity to work in an international context, and with a variety of stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills and Proactive attitude to suggest improvements and new ideas
- Operational, pragmatic, and hands-on mindset, not afraid by field action
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player, Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong interest in sustainable development and social impact topics
- Languages: Vietnamese and English required.

- Probationary period / Thời gian thử việc: 2 tháng (85% lương)
- Salary / Lương: 19M gross + PC 2M + KPI
- Full training will be provided / Được đào tạo đầy đủ
