Mô tả công việc

- Lead team to develop embedded firmware for WiFi and PON network products

- Manage all stages of the software development lifecycle

- Communicate proactively and efficiently with company teams and external parties

- Project schedule control and risk management

- Ensure consistent software quality and efficiency

- Support sales, hardware and factory teams

- Motivate team members, to build a productive work environment

-Recruitment and technical training.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, electrical engineering, telecommunication or related major

- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in embedded software development, preferably C on Linux platforms

- At least 2 years of experience directly leading a software team

- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)

- Experience with networking products is a plus

- Experience with software architecture design for embedded devices.
