- Responsible for the strategic objectives of the Group headquarters, Brand strategic planning and construction, Coordinate Vietnam brand marketing management and build local team
- Make overall marketing plan and expense budget of Vietnam Branch; And overall control of budget expenses
- Assist to improve the relevant rules and regulations of the Vietnamese company
- Responsible for the maintenance of public relations such as government, institutions and media; Carry out crisis management
- Lead the local marketing team to develop and maintain KA channels
- Real-time communication consultation from the headquarters; Report the local sales performance regularly.
- Bachelor degree or above, Major in marketing, journalism, finance and economics
- At least 8 years working experience in marketing management of medium and large group companies
- At least 3 years of team management experience, Working background in FMCG industry is preferred
- Have a deep understanding of brand promotion and corporate culture construction, With a strategic development thinking, Successful cases of brand planning, system construction and promotion strategies
- Local Guardian, HASAKI, Beauty Box Docking experience or channel resources is preferred
- Good communication and coordination ability, Strong stress resistance and execution ability, Result-oriented thinking
- Excellent planning management, budget management and team management skills.
