- According to the company's development needs, develop and implement recruitment plans and complete recruitment tasks;
- Fully understand the characteristics of each recruitment channel, give full play to the advantages of the channel and improve recruitment efficiency;
- Assist in talent portrait analysis and adjustment, assist in the drawing and updating of talent maps;
- Summarize the problems in recruitment work, propose optimization and improvement solutions, and complete recruitment data
- Bachelor degree or above, human resource management related majors preferred;
- Proficiency in local language, knowledge of Chinese, while being able to use English is preferred;
- 2 years and above recruitment experience, experience in recruitment of store end positions in retail enterprises is preferred;
- Cheerful personality, communication and expression, anti-stress ability, learning ability to be good;
- Strong sense of purpose, able to rationalize work time and be responsible for recruitment results;
