- Set goals for the sales department and produce monthly forecasting reports to see how well they're doing in achieving the targets and budgets.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Engage deeply in recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Properly understand the competitive landscape and the market trend, customers’ demand to have timely business initiatives
- Identify and solve client issues strategically
- Communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams for both sales and operational matters to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction

- Min university degree in Electronics/IT
- Proven successful experiences in the same position for at least 5 years, in which having sales management in ELV solution industry for at least 3 years
- Proficiency in English or Japanese
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Good communication, problem-solving, analyzing, innovative, and leadership skills
- Annual leaves, insurance, medical check, so on according to VN Labor laws
- Incentive trips (if any)
- Salary: on negotiation (up to VND 50Mil)
- Sales bonus: under the company policy.
