Strategic Planning :
+ Develops sales plans and strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share and profitability of territory (from 2023 to 2028)
+ Provides strategic input that reflects marketplace and customer requirements into the annual sales & marketing planning process
Sales & Business Development:
+ Buil set up and develop sales channels, policies to reach the target.
+ Ensuring revenue targets (KPIs)
+ Set business goals by forecasting and developing annual sales targets for product areas/groups
+ Organize and execute sales plan, monitor performance
Customer Development:
+ Develop and maintain relationships with key corporate customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Work with OEM, agents and Businesses
- Comprehensive understanding of Viet Nam market and poultry (especially Chicken) industry
- Having working experience in a management position and proven sales results to major poultry
- Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Customer Service (response the claim from B2B, agents)
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Vietnam language
Salary: $2000-$3000
