Accounting part:
1. Participate in the establishment of the Vietnam factory. Be responsible for managing the accounting and financial work, ensuring compliance with local financial and taxation laws, regulations and systems in Vietnam.
2. Responsible for finishing the accounting and financial requirements from headquarter and supporting the headquarter team to better understand local financial, accounting, and tax regulations and requirements.
3. Under the leadership of the group headquarters, formulate the capital plan for the Vietnam factory and conduct daily management of funds.
4. Prepare financial statements in accordance with Vietnamese and group accounting standards respectively to ensure that the statements are true, complete and accurate.
5. Responsible for the budget preparation of the Vietnam factory. As a good partner of the Vietnam management team, working with the operation department to analyze economic activities for supporting the business, promoting the profitability, and achieving budget goals.
6. Responsible for internal and external audit related matters of Vietnam factory.
7. Responsible for local tax planning, supervision and optimization.
8. Responsible for communication and coordination with local government departments, banks, auditing, taxation and other relevant institutions in Vietnam to safeguard the company's interests.
9. Other tasks.
HR part:
1. Under the guidelines and policies of the group headquarters, improve human resources systems, processes, and systems to comply with Vietnamese laws and regulations.
2. Under the leadership of the group headquarters, promote human resources work and implement recruitment, training, salary and other work to meet company requirements.
3. Represent the company in resolving local personnel issues, labor disputes, etc., and safeguard corporate interests.
4. Maintain local government relations, establishing and maintaining external public relations with public security, labor, social security and other government units to ensure the company's interests.
- More than 5 years of experience in accounting and human resources; those with accountants’ certificates are preferred.
- Applicants with experience in Vietnam's electronics manufacturing industry will be given priority, and those with work experience in multinational companies will be given priority.
- Strong organizational, analytical and control skills, strong affinity, strong communication and adaptability, seriousness and practicality, and strong sense of responsibility
- Be familiar with Vietnam’s local laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies on accounting, taxation, foreign exchange, labor, and personnel management.
- Fluent speaking and writing skills in Chinese and Vietnamese
- Proficient in accounting & financial software and office software, and have good data analysis skills.
Salary: 2000USD - 2500USD/month
