- Develop and implement development strategies based on the overall development strategy of the branch company
- Responsible for daily department management (guidance, training, etc.), leading the team in customer development and maintenance, and achieving departmental performance indication;
- Familiar with the South American market for air freight, proficient in the airline's BSA allocation policy, and reasonable pricing based on market conditions;
- Deeply understand the airline products represented, provide professional logistics solutions and plans for customers, and coordinate and handle customer needs;
- Collect relevant air freight market situation, propose correspondent marketing strategies, and execute accordingly;
- Focus on tracking particular matters; Assist subordinates in resolving difficulties encountered; Timely feedback to superiors on unexpected events or problems that are difficult to solve.
- Timely complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in air transportation, international trade, logistics management, English, etc.is preferred;
- At least 3 years of working experience in the airline freight department or airline general agent (GSA) is preferred, and at least 2 years of team management experience is preferred;
- Good English communication skills, proficient in using office software;
- Possess team leadership, communication and coordination skills, and quick adaptability, with a spirit of determination and daring to explore.
- Salary range around 3000 and negotiable
