1. Assist the General Manager in formulating development
and business plans, and supervise the implementation of the plans to
ensure the comprehensive completion of annual goals;

Assist the local business department in
developing VIP clients/airlines/new stations/new routes;
3.
Supervise and inspect the performance of each
department;
4.
Timely solve the problems existing in the
operation of each department and inspect, supervise, and Coordinate the progress
of each department's work;
5.
Assist the overseas business department in
opening overseas branches and finding more cooperative airlines.
1.
Bachelor's degree or above, major in
logistics/English/international trade is preferred;
2.
At
least 5 years of working experience in the airline freight department or
airline general agent (GSA) is preferred, with at
least 3 years of team management experience preferred, familiar with the
industry, and sensitive market responsiveness;
3.
Excellent English oral expression skills,
proficient in using office software;
4.
Have good team leadership skills, strong
communication and coordination skills, and quick adaptability;
5.
Passionate; Has a spirit of determination, courage to explore, and good professional ethics.
