Cooperate with the station to promote the
signing of SPA between foreign airlines and the first leg airlines, update and maintain
the competitiveness of SPA;

Timely
organize and update the standardized process and operation manual of the agent
airline, sort out the SOP for the second round transfer, optimize and ensure
the quality of the second round transfer service;
3. GSA agency network improvement and
development: develop new GSA agency rights (online+offline); Pay attention to
developing new routes for existing airlines and expand sales networks;
4. Guide the quality of
station daily operations, assist in handling abnormal complaints or incidents;
5. Team building and
sound architecture.
1.
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in
logistics/English/international trade-related fields;
2.
At
least 5 years of air freight work experience, 1-2 years of team management
experience; Familiar with the industry and sensitive market responsiveness;
3.
Excellent English listening, speaking, reading
and writing skills, and able to communicate freely with foreign airlines and hold overseas conferences; Proficient in using office
software, with a certain level of data organization and meeting material,
PPT production ability;
4.
Familiar with the operation of the air freight
market, with a mature perspective on the direction of the air freight market and the
ability to control prices and costs;
5.
Strong communication and coordination skills,
as well as quick response skills; Having risk prevention and control capabilities;
6.
Having
good team organization and leadership skills, integrating team strength, and
achieving unified goals.
