Responsible for daily operational processes such as
booking cargoes in airline systems;

Confirm the shipment status and send pre-alert to
airlines in advance;
3.
Communicate with sales agents on daily basis and check if
the shipment conditions of the goods are qualified;
4.
Communicate with
airlines on daily loading plans and send booking sheets/price confirmation
emails;
5.
Quickly provide necessary feedback to sales agents, track
the entire process, and improve customer satisfaction;
6.
Cooperate with superiors to understand and meet customer
needs and provide correct suggestions and reasonable capacity arrangements to
customers;
7.
Maintain the data information system for future data
statistics and analysis;
8.
Organize and archive documents and documents;
9.
Timely feedback to superiors on unexpected
events or issues that unresolved during the operation process;
10. Timely complete other tasks assigned by
superiors.
1.
Bachelor's degree or above, major in International
Logistics/English/Spanish or related fields;
2.
At least one year
of experience in air freight forwarding operations;
3.
Good English
reading and writing skills, good oral skills, proficient in using office
software;
4.
Having
good communication skills, adaptability, quick learning ability, and taking
work seriously, responsible, and meticulous;
5.
Having a solid
sense of service and ability to withstand pressure
