- According to the business department's development strategy and objectives, assist the organization to formulate the human resources planning for overseas business, and be responsible for the local human resources system specification in Vietnam;
- Provide support for the implementation of overseas human resource planning, including personnel attendance management, recruitment, training, performance assessment, etc.;
- Establish the team competency quality model, design the personnel growth path and training programs, effectively formulate and implement the talent development plan and follow up the implementation;
- Corporate culture construction and promote institutional integration by improving communication with managers and employees;
- Responsible for administrative affairs within the department.
- Bachelor degree or above, Human Resource Management or related majors are preferred;
- Fluency in Chinese is a must.
- At least 5 years of overseas human resources recruitment and management experience. Work experience in enterprise of manufacturing industry, bicycle or electric bicycle industry is advantageous;
- Capable of overall managing resources, excellent service consciousness combined with strong ability to resist pressure;
- Good MS office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Care for the physical and mental health of employees;
