• Existing accounts: Achieve and exceed sales revenue targets in On-trade channel while maximizing profitability by managing through the entire sales process (Contracts, Finance, Stock, Logistic, Pricing);
• Prospection/ New Accounts: Achieve and exceed distribution targets by opening new accounts;
• Manage payment terms and account receivables;
• Provide relevant market and competitor information back to senior management;
• Organize trainings (Wine and Chinese Baijiu) for On-Trade customers in order to develop the confidence and expertise of the channel (Coordination with the trainer).
• Other tasks assigned by the management.
• College graduated or above;
• Sales Experience in the Food & Beverage, FMCG or related Industry is preferred;
• Fluent in English/ Chinese/ Vietnamese (Spoken and written);
• Chinese Baijiu/ Wine knowledge and experience is preferred, or have interest and passion about wine and spirits;
• Able to work autonomously and efficiently;
• Good Time - management, interpersonal communication & Team - work skills;
• High organization skills and good command of MS Office.
