• Develop recruitment plans, target talent mining, and be responsible for the recruitment of mid-to-high-end and key talents;
• Improve the company's recruitment process system, regularly analyze recruitment data, and adjust recruitment strategies in a timely manner;
• Development and management of recruitment channels, pay attention to industry trends, and establish a Mapping talent pool;
• Maintain effective communication with the business department, follow up the recruitment results, and coordinate the recruitment progress.
• Bachelor degree or above, with HR recruitment experience or Mapping ability of outsourcing companies; experience in the hospitality, especially in restaurant or related industry is preferred;
• Proficient in various recruitment channels, and have rich practical experience in the discovery and introduction of talents;
• Excellent talent selection skills, good communication, expression and coordination skills, and strong pressure resistance;
• Fluent in English/ Chinese/ Vietnamese (Spoken and written);
