- Responsible for daily operation and management of VIP users, and improving their activation and loyalty.
- Responsible for establishing contact with VIP users and maintaining stickiness, and recording their usage characteristics and habits through research and analysis.
- Responsible for the execution of the service process of VIP users, collecting and feeding back the needs of VIP users.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Strong ability in data analysis and logical thinking. Be proactive and detail-oriented.
- Strong ability in interpersonal skills, coordination, and negotiation.
- Proficient in skills in basic work software.
- Working time: Monday - Friday, 10:00-19:30 (Beijing Time)
- Interview process: Online interview. 2 rounds with business department and 1 round with HR, around 20-30 minutes/ round
