• Find potential influencers & agencies who will be partners on the platform, develop relationships, find new host.
• Develop top users in live streaming industry.
• Negotiate with talent and agencies in Vietnam, build strong relationship with talent and agencies.
• Build good connections between team and community, act as an intermediary.
• Responsible for the growth and development of the Vietnam market.
• Be a positive contributor to the team and organization.
• Manage and develop team members.
• Responsible for the BD team and responsible for the performance of the entire team.
• Fluent English and Vietnamese is mandatory required. Chinese is preferred.
• Having at least 2 years of exp in BDM in entertainment industry or related (livestream).
• Strong at management which team size is at least 3 members.
• Strong communication skills via phone, email, text message, and in person.
• Strong ability to solve urgent problems quickly and flexibly.
• A strong social media presence and knowledge.
• Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different personality types of people.
• Hyper – organized and self – motivated.
• Experience in social networking is a plus.
• Working time: Mon – Fri, 09:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. (2 hours lunch break).
• Salary: up to 2000$, 13th salary according to performance.
