- Manage the financial operations of
Vietnamese office, which includes accounting, controlling and analysis,
treasury and cash management, audit and tax, compliance and risk management;
- Refine finance department’s policies,
process and make sure they are in-line with group policy and local government.
- Responsible for cash flow management and
working capital budget, to carry out the economic activity analysis together
with operation and management department to support the business;
- Responsible for tax planning, and supervise
and optimize tax operation in Vietnam;
- Be good partner to the local management
team to support continuous improvement of profitability of local site.
- The ideal candidate comes with
bachelor or above degree in finance, accounting, or related field;
- Over 5 + years’ experience in
finance department, and 3+ years of experience managing a team of finance or
accounting professionals with preferably exposure in equipment manufacturing
industry;
- Fluent Vietnamese and Chinese
- Strong ability of organization,
analysis and control;
- Good communicator and fast learner
in adapting to company culture;
- Have a high sense of responsibility and good
working attitude, able to work under great pressure
Salary: Up to 2500$
