• Resident in Vietnam FIT Bac Giang Park, responsible for the first-line operation and maintenance services of IT systems of each FIT SBU;
• Understand and organize customer requirements, and communicate with domestic system developers to assist in requirements development and verification;
• Participate in the implementation of Vietnam system projects, assist in translation, testing, online and education and training.
• Working time: Mon-Sat 8am-5pm
- Working experience: More than 2 years
- Proficient in Chinese, able to communicate smoothly and translate between Chinese and
Vietnamese;
- Computer related major, 2 years or more experience in Java background development,
solid object-oriented programming foundation, good code writing standards, and
proficient in using MySQL database;
- Have strong communication skills, and have the ability to deal with emergencies
independently;
- Have strong documentation ability and demand analysis ability, and can sort out customer
needs clearly;
- Positive attitude, good patience and sense of responsibility;
- Experience in IT system service in manufacturing plant is preferred.
