1. College degree or above, proficient in Chinese and Vietnamese, able to conduct normal communication with Chinese team;
2. Chinese or Vietnamese native candidates, who have more than 5 years of experience in human resource management in manufacturing enterprises in Vietnam;
3. Familiar with Vietnam's labor law, and have strong employee relationship handling ability;
4. Proficient in the corresponding modules of human resources.
