Review business / software requirement and provide input
Create Test Plan, Test cases, Test Data
Check whether the requirements are reflected and whether the defect found in the development stage is detected or not
Check the correlation between the changed function and the basic function in an independent environment,
Check the completeness of the function through compatibility test
Report defects and assist in their understanding
Analyze test results and track software testing metrics
Daily report and weekly report to higher leaders about test result
Train, mentor and supervise junior test engineer
Communication with development team, Headquarter project manager about project, issues, defects…
Bachelor's degree (required)
Minimum 9 years of Testing experience for Senior level, 5-8 years of Testing experience for Middle level
Experience of application testing for various devices, OSs, and network environments, Agile dev. Process, testing techniques, web testing
Experience of using Test/ Defect Management SW
Experience of Command Line Interface (Linux Shell, PC Shell) for Server, Cloud Computing Environment and SW Installation Test
Having ISTQB certificate is an advantage
Good Korean Communication (Speaking/ Writing), Level Topik 4-5-6.
Management skills: team leading, Planning/scheduling, team-work, identify risk/ issue, problem solving, listen & understanding
Reporting skill, communication skill are good
Salary Policy: up to 45 Mil VND gross (depend on level)
3 times bonus for a year on the basic salary (The ratio calculation is based on the company's business not on the 100% of the basic salary. The bonus will be paid one time on Lunar New Year and 2 others will paid during the year)
