Responsible for organizing local team and complete the work of set up and maintain of the machine vision equipment (used for production of mobile phone) according to customer needs:
1.Manage the local team, support the recruitment, training and evaluation of performance, maintain the teamwork discipline and morale.
2.Connect with the client and solve the machine issues on time by teamwork.
3.Make the plan for daily work schedule and execute accordingly, report to head office in time.
4.Daily and weekly reports and other management work shall be completed to ensure the orderly progress of the project, find and solve problems in time, and put forward improvement suggestions.
5.Complete the work arranged by superior leaders or temporary
1. Bachelor degree or above on Engineering, under the age of 40
2. At least 2 years’ experience in automation industry of electronics, instruments etc
3. Good communication skills, be able to independently communicate with client and superior management team, fluent English speaking, can travel and train,work in India(Chennai, Bangalore), China
4. Familiar with machine vision system include software and hardware
5.With PMP certificate will be preferred
