1. Assist the general manager to comprehensively coordinate the work of various departments and handle daily affairs;
2. Responsible for organizing the formulation, revision and writing of the company's general rules and regulations, assisting in the formulation, discussion, and revision of special standards and management systems;

4. Responsible for formulating and improving the company's job establishment, assisting various departments of the company to effectively develop and utilize human resources to meet the company's operational and management needs;
1. Proficient in Chinese, able to communicate with Chinese managers in daily listening, reading and writing;
2. Familiar with the local labour law and other relevant employment laws in Vietnam, familiar with the local customs;
3. Full-time college degree or above in human resource management or related majors, more than 2 years of enterprise human resource related work experience;
4. Achievement-oriented, strong sense of responsibility, passionate, outgoing, with a certain degree of affinity;
5. Age 30-40 years old, no gender restrict
