· Lead AEM authoring tasks for global websites.
· Train and mentor other team members.
· Communicate effectively with the PMO in Korea.
· Document project procedures and progress.
· Handle issues related to web delivery.
(1) Necessary to have
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
· 5+ years of experience in website operation or development projects.
· Advanced proficiency in Front-end skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
· Advanced proficiency in Photoshop & Illustrator.
· Experience with Content Management System platforms such as Teamsite, SDL Tridion, AEM, or Sitecore.
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with excellent Excel skills.
· Proficiency in either English or Korean communication (both verbal and written).
· Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
(2) Preferred to have
· Proficiency in speaking and writing Korean.
· Advanced proficiency in Ajax and JSP.
· Proficiency in Bootstrap, Vue.js, Sass, and AngularJS.
· Intermediate proficiency in Java and Python.
