- Manage and maintain the overall IT infrastructure including servers, virtualization SW, OS and Databases with following tasks:
- System monitoring: Receive and process alarms arising on the system, always ensure stable operation of the system (including out-of-office hours)
- System change management: Make changes required by customer and application team
- System configuration management: Update and manage configuration for devices on CMDB, ensuring data always accurate compared to reality
- Incident and problem management: Participate in handling when problems arise (24/7)
- System capacity and performance management: Manage system performance (CPU, Mem, Disk), always ensure that the system does not exceed KPI
- Backup Management: Review server backup and redundancy. Ensure the system is always backed up daily, minimizing the risk of data loss
- Security: Ensure information security according to the standards of Samsung corporation
- Others: Availability and continuity, service level management, migration, Technical support"
- University degree (Major: Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunications or related fields) (required)
- Technical background in: Databases, Web service, servers, networking knowledge
- Minimum of 3 years of experience about Linux Operating System (update kernel, package and process management, LVM, performance checking, system log, etc..)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience about Windows Server (update patch, event viewer, IIS, disk management, troubleshooting, performance checking),
- Have knowledge about AWS / Azure
- Have knowledge about Security on Public Cloud (AWS, Azure)
- Experience working with processes at large organizations.
- Teamwork spirit in an international working environment.
