1. Employee IDL/DL recruitment: Carry out recruitment work in Vietnam according to business needs to ensure the timeliness and effectiveness of recruitment.
2. Employee IDL/DL training and development: Develop and implement employee training plans, including induction training for new employees (NEO), skills improvement training for current employees, etc.
3. Employee IDL/DL relationship management: handle employee complaints, disputes and feedback, and assist business organizations in maintaining good employee relations.
4. Employee IDL/DL services: Handling of employee recruitment, resignation, regularization, work certification and other human resources matters
1. Bachelor degree or above, with 7 years of relevant work experience in human resources
2. At least 2 years of recruitment management experience in manufacturing enterprises
3. Familiar with talent recruitment and allocation, especially the planning and key practical operations of the talent recruitment system in the manufacturing department
4. More than 2 years of training experience, leading, following up, and operating no less than 2 systematic training projects
5. Have experience in cultural promotion and employee care, familiar with local laws and regulations, and good at handling employee relations incidents
6. Chinese and English can be used as working languages and can meet the needs of international communication
1. Salary: base on local hire (no range for this position)
2. Other allowance: now planning, one is comfire, they have 3-6 mounth bonus.
